Women's Volleyball Sweeps Pierce and are crowned WSC Champions

Playing their regular season finale at Pierce, the Raiders swept the hosts, 3-0. Game scores were 25-14, 25-19, and 25-13. With the win, the Raiders finish WSC North conference action with a 8-2 record, 15-7 overall and a 3-way tie for the WSCN title. They will share the title with VC and Santa Barbara City.
The match went according to plan as the Raiders dominated Pierce from the get go. Grace Hazelton 9 kills and 8 digs and Gabby Schirado had 29 assists to lead the Raiders attack. Libero Larissa Dakoske had 16 digs to help keep Pierce at bay.
The Raiders will play at Bakersfiled in the end of the season WSC Crossover, Tuesday 11/14 at 6p.
The Raiders will then await the CCCAA So Cal Regional play-off seedings TBA on Thursday, 11/16.
