Wrestling takes down East Los Angeles
The Moorpark College wrestling team defeated East Los Angeles College Wednesday evening 27-24 anchored by individual wins from Jezziel Perez and Aiden Hansen.
Perez won his match 10-4. Hansen won his match by fall (2:16). Adan Leyva and Landen Degennaro also won their respective matchups in the team victory.
In the same evening, the Raiders lost a dual meet to Rio Hondo 34-15. Wrestlers Donny Medina and Armando Reiteria did not compete due to concussion protocol.
