Michael Stahl, Trever Nachimzon highlight All-WSC honors for Raiders
Moorpark College men's volleyball player Michael Stahl was one vote away from being named co-Player of the Year in the Western State Conference after his team-high 208 kills and 234 points this season.
Stahl, along with teammate Trever Nachimzon, were named to the All-WSC North First Team. Nachimzon was nominated for the conference's Libero of the Year.
Moorpark's Sean Schmutz and Dakota Deuter were named to the All-WSC North Second Team.
The Raiders finished the season 11-10 overall and 6-6 in conference play, which earned them a berth to the CCCAA SoCal Regional playoffs where they suffered a first-round defeat to Orange Coast College on Saturday, April 16 in a three-set sweep (25-13, 25-17, 25-19).
