Men's Track and Field put up personal bests at UCSD's Triton Invitational

Ethan Smith Double PR in the 1500m and 800m at UCSD Triton Invitational!

Ethan Smith started his day with the 1500m.   With patience, Smith stayed right behind the race leader, Evan Hild from UCSD.  With just over a lap to go, he took the lead and never looked back, finishing first in his heat and 8th overall.  His time of 3:56.94 was a 4.04 second improvement and lifetime PR!  An hour later, Smith set another personal best in the 800m with his time of 1:55.75, a 1.18 second improvement!

Kade Larson had an outstanding hammer throw!  His throw of 153'11" was a 4'9" improvement over his previous best!

After a long day of waiting our 5K runners had their race.   Dylan Brown wins the consistency award!  Surrounded by exceptional university runners.  His time was 15:16

Next up, the Raiders will be at the Cerritos Invitational, Friday, 4/12
