Bio

Tyrone Faanono played football and graduated from Oaks Christian in 2014. He was a Two-Time All-Maramonte League selection and received defensive linemen honors. He was also a Ventura Star First Team All-County selection, All-CIF selection, and played in the AIGA All-Polynesian Bowl his senior year. Faanono received a full ride scholarship to Montana State University where he played Defensive End for his collegiate career.

Faanono played as a true-freshman his first season with the bobcats, but was later challenged by multiple injuries throughout his sophomore and junior years at MSU. Rising above his challenges, Tyrone finished his last season as an All-Big Sky Conference selection, Defensive Player of the Year, and was recognized as the team’s Most Inspirational Leader due to his humble and uplifting character on and off the field.

At the forefront of all he does is family, faith, and football. He is finishing his Masters in Education to become a teacher, and is the co-founder of Trench Management; a defensive line training program. He is married to his college sweetheart Ani and enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and playing Madden.
