Baseball drops two to LA Valley in non-conference action
MOORPARK, CA - Taking another break from WSC North action, the Raiders took on WSC South leader LA Valley in a home and home series with the Raiders dropping both contests, 6-2, and 6-1.
In the first game, although out hitting the Monarchs, the Raiders ony managed to push two runs across the plate. Daniel Orozco went 2 for 5 with a RBI. Daniel Asplund went 3 for 4 with a triple. Jadyn Myatt also tripled.
In game two, the Raiders struggled at the plate with only Anthony Deluca and Orozco getting hits. Deluca got an RBI after doubling home Yandel Guereque for the Raider's lone run.
The Raiders get back to WSC North action Tuesday, 4/2 hosting Oxnard at 2:30p.
