Baseball has a rough week against Hancock

MOORPARK,CA - The Raider's second week of WSC North action didn't go as smoothly as they had hoped, dropping 3 staright to Hancock College. Game one score was 8-2. Game two was 9-4, and game 3 was 13-3. The Raiders are now 2-4 in WSC North, 4-13 overall.

In Game one, the Raiders rapped out 8 hits led by Rodney Sabbe who went 3 for 3 with a RBI. Ryan Stewart went 1 for 4 with a RBI. Daniel Orozco and Tre Harvey each had doubles.

In game two at Hancock, the Raiders spotted the Bulldogs 4 runs before they got on the board. Jadyn Myatt had a day going 3 for 4 with a HR, a RBI and a run scored. Mingyu Kim went 1 for 4 with 2 RBIs and Ryan Stewart went 1 for 4 with a double and Daniel Orozco went 1 for 4 with a double and RBI.

Game 3 was moved up a day to try and get the game in before Saturday's forecasted rain but it didn't matter as the game ended being played in soggy conditions. Anthony Deluca went 2 for 5 with a run scored. Mingyu Kim went 2 for 5 with a double. Daniel Orozco went 1 for 4 with a triple, 2 RBIs and a run scored. 

The Raiders take on Pierce this week with the series opener at Pierce, 3/5 at 2p.
