Bio
Athletic Counselor Pablo Diaz began his first year with Moorpark College in the Fall of 2015. He became the Athletic Counselor in the Spring of 2016 replacing long time athletic counselor Traci Allen.
Diaz’s duties include helping student-athletes planning and monitoring their academic progress and helping them reach their academic and personal goals. Pablo’s love for athletics and his tireless work ethic makes him an invaluable asset for our student athletes.
Prior to joining the Raiders, Pablo worked at Santa Barbara City College and Ventura College as a transfer counselor.
He graduated from California State University Monterey in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Communication. He then completed his MA in Educational Counseling in 2012 from SJSU. While at SJSU Diaz was a student athlete competiting in the sport of Boxing where he was Regional Champion and earned All-American Honors.
In his spare time, Pablo enjoys fishing, ANY TYPE, kayaking and watching sports. Diaz resides in Goleta with his wife Teresa and son Gio
