Women's Soccer season ends in opening round of 3C2A Play-offs

The 2024 Women's Soocer came to an end at Hovley Field in Palm Desert as they fell to College of the Desert, 3-1 in the opening round of the 3C2A SoCal Regional play-offs.

The Raiders fell behind early as the Roadrunners scored in the 26th minute of the contest. Right before the half, the Raiders responded with Alysa Diaz taking a pass from Taylor Selznick in the 41st minute to tie the score 1-1 at the half.

College of the Desert scored 4 minutes into the second half to take back the 2-1. The Raiders allowed a short handed goal in the 78th minute to give Desert a 3-1 lead.

The Raiders conclude their season at 12-8 on the year.
