The lone Raider Wrestler representative at the 3C2A State Meet Mason Carillo made it to finals at 133 pounds but lost in a re-match of the Southern California Regionals to Jason Saenz in the final match.

Carrillo opened the tournament with win over Sierra College's Eben Jones in a 3:54 pin. He then faced Ben Quilpa of Sacramento City, the 3rd seed from the North. The match went the full 7 minutes with Carrillo getting a 6-5 decision and putting him in the semi-finals.

Carrillo faced a familiar foe in Vitor Valley's Andrew Diaz who Carrillo defeated at SoCal Regional. Carrillo dominated the match taking 9-2 decision and a spot in the finals.

The final match, the first period in a 0-0 score. Saenz chose down and got the escape. Carrillo looked to take down Saenz but an illegal move by Carrillo gave Saenz the points. Carrillo gave up a take down in the 3rd and Saenz ran the clock out.
