10 Wrestlers competed at the 3C2A Southern California Regional tournament and when it was over, Mason Carrillo placed 2nd at 133 pounds, losing to the defending state champ from Mt Sac in the finals match. Carrillo has been ranked #2 at 133 pounds all year. 

The Raiders also had two Raiders nominated as alternates at their repsective weight classes. Caden Terry placed 10th at 174 pounds and Wolfgang Wimmer was 9th at 197 lbs and both wrestlers are alternate candidates. Both wrestlers will be notified on Thursday, 12/12 at 9a.

Carrillo, who is from Royal HS, took the individual title at 133 pounds at the SCWA South East tournament and was named Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament.

Up next is the 3C2A State Tournament which begins at 10a 12/13. The 2 day meet will be hosted by West Hills Lemoore with the Final session beginning at 7p, Saturday, 12/14
