Mika Jarrett named WSC North Player of the Year, Plummer named Coach of the Year and Alyssa Saldana named co-6th Woman of the Year when post season awards announced
To the victors belong the spoils as the WSC North coaches announced the WSC North All-conference team. Along with Coach of the Year, the #4 WSC North Champion Women's Basketball team had 6 players named to the WSC All-conference team.
So. Mika Jarrett was named Player of the Year. Fr. Alyssa Saldana was named co-6th Woman of the Year and Coach Kenny Plummer was named Coach of the Year. This was the 6th time he has been Coach of the Year.
Plummer led the Raiders to a 12-0 undefeated conference record and are currently 24-4.
Along with their POY and 6th WOY, Jarrett and Saldana were also named All-WSC North First Team. Also named to the first team were Fr. Mikayla Oliver, So. Kristan Yumul and So. Genesis Gonzalez.
Named Honorable Mention was Fr. Maleyni Tolliver.
The Raiders were seeded #3 in 3C2A Southern California Regional Play-offs and will host the winner between Citrus and Fullerton on Saturday, March 1st, 5:30p
