Men's Cross Country finish in 2nd Place at WSC Finals
The Moorpark College Men's Cross Country team came away with a 2nd place finish at the WSC Cross Country Finals hosted by Oxnard College. The Raiders navigated the 4 mile course that started in Oxnard's stadium snaking through College Park before ending in the stadium. The Raiders finished 25 points behind 1st place Bakersfield and 27 points ahead of Glendale.
Tommy White paced the Raiders with a 4th place finish in a time of 20:30.02. Tyler Smith was 6th in a time of 20:46.7. Christian Brady-Breton was 9th in a time of 20:54.4.
Tommy White, Tyler Smith, and Christian Brady-Breton were named to the All-WSC 1st Team. Jonathan Castro was named to the All-WSC 2nd Team.
The Raiders will now head to the CCCAA Southern California Regional Finals on Friday, November 8th at Chaffey College
