Tommy White leads Men's Cross Country to a 2nd place finish at the So Cal Preview Meet
Competing at the fire delayed Southern California Preview Meet, the Raiders Men's Cross Country team brought home a 2nd place finish overall. The meet was postponed do the wildfires in the area created a bad air quality alert in and around Chaffey College.
Freshman Tommy White led the Raiders with a 2nd place finish in a time of 21:00 for the 4 mile race. Dylan Brown continued his prowess on the course and finished in 4th place with a time of 21:10. Christian Brady was 18th overall in a time of 21:57. Tyler Smith was 30th in a time of 22:18. Jonathan Castro took 57th place with a time of 23:01. Logan Torres finished in 23:24 followed by Jacob Arroyo in a time of 24:39. Ryder Modor fininshed with a time of 25:16, Devin Heinemann 25:47, Alfredo Olrizarry-Ojeda 25:55 and Janreeb Puno 26:55 rounded out the scoring.
The Raiders will have a couple weeks off before head back to UC Riverside for their Highlander Invitational, October 19th.
