Men's Track 4th, Women 14th at Southern Cal Finals, Vives is So Cal High Jump Champion as 11 athletes, one relay team qualify for State Meet
CERRITOS, CA, - The Men's and Women's Track team wrapped up competition at the 3C2A Southern California Regional Prelims and Finals and will be sending 11 athletes and one relay team to the State Meet this week.
After all the points were tallied, the WSC Champion Men's team finished in 4th place. The WSC Champion Women's team finished in 14th place.
Cytres Vives continued his phenomenal run in the High Jump. Being the Southern Cal leader in the event most of thr '24 season, he backed it up with a winning jump of 2.05m or 6'9". He will lead a group of seven athletes and the 4x400m Relay team to the 3C2A meet.
On the Women's side, Ava Ball was second in the 400m Hurdles saving her energy for the State Meet.

The 3C2A State Meet will be hosted by Saddleback College this Friday, May 17th and continuing through Saturday night
