Finding Our Rhythm
In a whirlwind week of athletic showdowns, our fields, courts, and tracks came alive with intense action and some jaw dropping moments.
The week started out on a high note, with Men's Soccer securing a 3-1 victory at home against Victory Valley. Their strong performance showcased how the team has already begun to find a rhythm this early into the season. While Women's Soccer faced a tough game on the road against Chaffey, resulting in a 2-0 loss.
Women's Volleyball had a challenging outing on Friday against Irvine Valley, going back and forth for points during each set. Ultimately Irvine pulled away and secured the victory with a 3-0 final score.
On Saturday our Football team put up a spirited fight against Palomar College and although the scores were close for most of the game. Palomar ended up pulling away and securing the victory in the fourth quarter with a final score of 31-23. Despite the final score, there was no lack of determination or comradery on the field.
On a brighter note, Cross Country continued their winning streak by taking first place at their home invitational meet. Keeping that fire burning as they continue their winning streak.
