The Moorpark College Women's Soccer continued WSC North action last week posting two wins. They opened up the week hosting Oxnard and defeating the visiting Condors, 2-0 and with little or no practice, concluded the week defeating Cuesta, With the two wins, the Raiders still have an outside chance of making it into the play-offs.

In the win against Oxnard, Anglina Rodriguez scored twice in the 13th minute and 26th minute. Kaiya Holts assisted on Rodriguez's first goal. The Raiders defense took over from there to complete the shut-out.

At Cuesta, the Raiders showed no affects of a campus closure due to the South Fire and wasted little time opening the scoring with Taylor Selznick in the 8th minute with the help of Anja Slattum. Three minutes later, Mia Woods found the back of the net, 2-0 Raiders. Angelina Rodriguez added a goal in the 16th minute followed by Angelica Mata's goal in the 28th minute with the help of Selznick. 4-0 Raiders at the half.

The Cougars had aspirations of a comeback scoring twice early in the 2nd half but Alyssa Diaz and Mata added the last two Raiders goals.

The Raiders are currently 6-5 in WSC North, 11-7 overall. They will conclude their regualr season on Teuseday, 11/12 as the host Hancock at 3p.
