Men's Cross Country finish in 4th place at UCR Invitational
After having an extra week off after the So Cal Preview meet was postponed, the Raiders, the #5 ranked team in So Cal, headed to UC Riverside to compete in the UCR Invitational. The Raiders ran in the Open Division portion of the invitational against a mixture of 4 year schools, junior colleges, and unattached athletes.
The Raiders finished in 4th place in the 8K race and were led by Dylan Brown's 12th place finish in 25:04. Thomas White was the second Raider in at 31st place with a time of 25:28. Tyler Smith was next at 25:37 and was followed by Christian Brady in 25:58. Logan Torres (26:23), Angel Garcia (28:12), Ryan Moder (28:38) Janrebb Puno (28:39) Devin Heinemann (30:01), Jacob Arroyo (30:04), and Alredo Olizarry-Ojeda (30:14) rounded out the Raider finishers.
The Raiders will next compete at the re-scheduled So Cal Preview Meet Friday, October 4th, 11:00a. Depending how they feel, they will turn around and compete in the Master's Invitational on Saturday, October 5th, 7:30a.
